Flagrant Fouls

10:00 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Scott Foster communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Suns Tyler Ulis met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Ulis was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
