Flagrant Fouls

8:37 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Zach Zarba communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Mavericks Wesley Matthews met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Matthews was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
