00:01.9 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Nick Buchert to determine whether or not the off-ball foul committed by the Pistons Marcus Morris took place prior to the Hornets Frank Kaminsky releasing his inbounds pass. After review it was determined that Morris committed the off-ball foul before Kaminsky released his inbounds pass.
