7:53 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Danny Crawford to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Timberwolves Kris Dunn took place prior to the Wizards Sheldon McClellan starting his shooting motion. After review it was determined that Dunn committed the foul before McClellan started his shooting motion.
