00:41 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Brett Nansel to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Magic’s Elfrid Payton took place prior to the Trail Blazers Mason Plumlee releasing his inbounds pass. After review it was determined that Payton committee the off-ball foul before Plumlee released his inbounds pass.
