6:55 2nd Quarter-The crew chief Ed Malloy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Warriors Draymond Green met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Green was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty. Green and the Cavaliers Richard Jefferson were also assessed a double technical foul after review.
