8:23 4^th Quarter – The crew chief Bill Kennedy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors Jonas Valanciunas met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After the review Valanciunas was assessed a flagrant foul 1 as the foul penalty.
