Flagrant Fouls
8:04 2nd Quarter – Referees James Capers, Derek Richardson, and Scott Wall communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Blazers Steve Blake was called for a foul. After the review, the referees ruled that Blake’s foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and he was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
