Flagrant Fouls

10:05 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Mike Callahan communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Trail Blazers Ed Davis met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Davis was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
