Flagrant Fouls

1:30 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Marc Davis communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors Kyle Lowry met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Lowry was assessed a flagrant foul type 2 as the foul penalty.
