Off-Ball Fouls
2:03 3rd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Derek Richardson to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Wizards Jason Smith took place prior to the Hornets Frank Kaminsky starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Smith committed the off-ball foul after Kaminsky was in his upward shooting motion.
