Off-Ball Fouls
1:05 3rd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Derek Richardson to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Hornets Marco Belinelli took place prior to the Wizards Trey Burke starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Belinelli committed the off-ball foul before Burke was in his shooting motion.
