00:01.3 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Marat Kogut to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Pelicans Langston Galloway took place prior to the Cavaliers Kyrie Irving releasing his inbounds pass. After review it was determined that Galloway committed the off-ball foul after Irving released his inbounds pass.
