7:18 3rd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Derek Richardson to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Timberwolves Zach LaVine took place prior to the Suns Tyler Ulis releasing his inbounds pass. After review it was determined that LaVine committed the off-ball foul after Ulis released his inbounds pass.
