7:48 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Mark Lindsay to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Bulls Nikola Mirotic took place prior to the Hawks Kent Bazemore starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Mirotic committed the off-ball foul before Bazemore started his shooting motion.
