Flagrant Fouls

1:52 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Zach Zarba communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Thunder’s Jerami Grant met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Grant was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
