8:57 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Scott Wall to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Hawks Kent Bazemore took place prior to the Wizards Bradley Beal starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Bazemore committed the off-ball foul before Beal was in his upward shooting motion.
