Flagrant Fouls

9:26 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Scott Foster communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Hawks Dwight Howard met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Howard was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
