Flagrant Fouls

7:42 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Bill Spooner communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Bulls Robin Lopez met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Lopez was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
