Flagrant Fouls

5:52 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Tony Brothers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors Cory Joseph met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Joseph was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
