Flagrant Fouls

4:02 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Scott Foster communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Suns Tyson Chandler met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Chandler was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
