Flagrant Fouls

00:09 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Monty McCutchen communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Celtics Marcus Smart met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Smart was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
