Off-Ball Fouls
4:26 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Tony Brown to determine whether or not the off-ball foul committed by the Wizards John Wall took place prior to the Cavaliers LeBron James releasing his inbounds pass. After review it was determined that Wall committed the off-ball foul after James released his inbounds pass.
