Flagrant Fouls

9:02 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief James Capers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Pelicans Solomon Hill met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Hill was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
