Off-Ball Fouls
7:06 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official John Goble to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Mavericks Harrison Barnes took place prior to the Jazz’s Gordon Hayward starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Barnes committed the off-ball foul before Hayward started his shooting motion.
