9:29 3rd Quarter- Referees Zach Zarba, Karl Lane, and Josh Tiven communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Trail Blazers Wesley Matthews was called for a foul. After the review Matthews was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
