Restricted Area

1:27 4^th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Gary Zielinski to determine whether or not the Celtics Marcus Smart was in the restricted area after he drew an offensive foul against the Trail Blazers Damian Lillard. After review the offensive foul on Lillard was confirmed as Smart was not in the restricted area.
