Off-Ball Fouls
8:21 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Steve Anderson to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Timberwolves Gorgui Dieng took place prior to the Pelicans Tim Frazier releasing his inbounds pass. After review it was determined that Dieng committed the off-ball foul before Frazier released his inbounds pass. An away from the play foul was then assessed.
