8:00 3rd Quarter-9:51 4th Quarter-The crew chief Billy Kennedy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Rocket’s Patrick Beverley met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Beverley was assessed a common foul.
