Flagrant Fouls
2:55 2nd Quarter-The crew chief Ed Malloy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Pelicans Buddy Hield met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Hield was assessed a flagrant foul type 2 as the foul penalty.
