Flagrant Fouls
6:22 3rd Quarter-The crew chief Zach Zarba communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Pacers Kevin Seraphin met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Seraphin was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
