Flagrant Fouls

6:25 4^th Quarter-Referees John Goble, Eric Lewis, and Eli Roe communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Hawks DeMarre Carroll was called for a foul.  After the review Carroll was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
