Off-Ball Fouls
3:04 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Josh Tiven to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Trail Blazers CJ McCollum took place prior to the Hawks Tim Hardaway Jr. starting his shooting motion. After review it was determined that McCollum committed the off-ball foul after Hardaway Jr. was in his shooting motion.
