2:23 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with the Replay Center official James Williams to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors DeMarre Carroll met the criteria for a clear path foul. After review Carroll was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty that did not met the criteria for a clear path foul. The Celtics Isaiah Thomas and Jae Crowder were each assessed technical fouls after the whistle. Carroll was also assessed a technical foul.
