Flagrant Fouls
1:19 2nd Quarter-The crew chief Bill Spooner communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Celtics Isaiah Thomas met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Thomas was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
