00:48.2 4^th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Monty McCutchen to determine if the Hornets Kemba Walker was in the restricted area as well as if he was in legal guarding position after Walker was called for a blocking foul. After review the blocking foul on Walker was confirmed.
