Flagrant Fouls

5:11 2^nd Quarter-The crew chief James Capers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors Jonas Valanciunas met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Valanciunas was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
