Flagrant Fouls

9:46 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Monty McCutchen communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Cavaliers Richards Jefferson met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Jefferson was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
