1:34 4^th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Kevin Scott to determine if the Thunder’s Taj Gibson was in the restricted area as well as in legal guarding position after he drew an offensive foul against the Trail Blazers Jusuf Nurkic. After review the offensive foul on Nurkic was confirmed.
