1:37 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Eric Dalen to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Pelicans DeMarcus Cousins took place prior to the Raptors Serge Ibaka starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Cousins committed the off-ball foul before Ibaka started his shooting motion.
