9:01 2nd Quarter – FOUL-FLAGRANT – The crew communicated with the Replay Center and determined that the foul called on the Pistons’ Reed did meet the criteria for a flagrant foul penalty 1. Additionally, the Pistons’ Holland II and Wizards’ Vukcevic were assessed double technical fouls.
