8:19 3rd Quarter – FOUL-FLAGRANT – The crew communicated with the Replay Center and determined that the foul called on the Thunder’s Mitchell did meet the criteria for a flagrant foul penalty 1. Additionally, the Thunder’s Mitchell and Spurs’ Vassell were assessed double technical fouls.
