9:21 2nd Quarter – FOUL-FLAGRANT – The crew communicated with the Replay Center and determined that the foul called on the Spurs’ Fox did meet the criteria for a flagrant foul penalty 1. Additionally, the Thunder’s Jalen Williams, Jaylin Williams and Kenrich Williams, along with the Spurs’ Wembanyama, were each assessed a technical foul.
