7:12 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Courtney Kirkland to determine if the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook was attempting a 2pt or 3pt field goal when he was fouled in the act of shooting. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Westbrook was attempting a 3pt field goal when fouled after review the call was confirmed.
