11:51 3rd Quarter-The crew chief Kane Fitzgerald communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptor’s Jonas Valanciunas met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Valanciunas was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
