11:19 3rd Quarter- The crew chief Kane Fitzgerald communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptor’s Cory Joseph met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Joseph was assessed a offensive foul as the foul penalty.
