8:58 3rd Quarter – Referees Marc Davis, Steve Anderson, and Brian Forte communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether the foul committed by the Blazers LaMarcus Aldridge on the Raptors Amir Johnson occurred prior to the expiration of the shot clock. Initially the referees ruled that the foul occurred prior to the shot clock expiring and after review the call was upheld.
