Off-Ball Fouls
4:24 3rd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Tom Washington to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Trail Blazers Pat Connaughton took place prior to the Grizzlies Tyreke Evans releasing his inbound pass. After review it was determined that Connaughton committed the off-ball foul before Evans released his pass. Connaughton was then assessed an away from the play foul.
