00:32.4 4th Quarter-Referees Mike Callahan, Lauren Holtkamp, and Leon Wood communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether or not the foul committed by the King DeMarcus Cousins took place before the shot clock expired. Initially the referees ruled that Cousins committed the foul with time still on the shot clock and after the review the call was upheld.
