2:19 2nd Quarter – Referees Tony Brothers, David Jones and Kevin Scott communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the field goal make at the 2:55 mark by the Raptor’s Kyle Lowry was a 2pt or 3pt field goal. Initially the referees ruled that Lowry made a 2pt field goal and after review the call was upheld.
